Michael has spent more than 25 years working in Bay Area real estate, building his career around a simple idea: take care of people and the rest tends to follow. Over the years, he has worked with first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, investors, and developers, helping clients navigate everything from finding the right home to preparing a property for sale.

His experience goes well beyond buying and selling homes. Michael has managed new home sales, worked closely with developers, led sales teams, and helped train and educate other real estate professionals. That background has given him a strong understanding of what goes into a property from different sides of the business and how to handle the challenges that can come up along the way.

Michael joined Vanguard Properties in 2013 and has since built much of his business through repeat clients and referrals. Many of the people he works with come from past clients, friends, and families who have trusted him over the years. For Michael, those relationships are a big part of what has kept him in real estate for as long as he has.
